Earlier this month (18 July) Mark was lucky enough to attend the opening of the new Inroads Wellbeing Institute in Riverside. The facility takes over the previously derelict backpackers hostel at 98 Neville Street, and is purpose built to deliver services helping to make changes to drug and alcohol use. The Wellbeing Institute includes a large number of facilities such as; a day centre, counselling rooms, an art room, group work spaces, a teaching kitchen and a crèche. The help offered by Inroads staff in this light, modern and friendly environment is sure to be a key addition to the community.
