Inroads are a charity offering free and confidential services to drug and alcohol users, ex-users, their family and friends. They have recently moved in to a brand new facility on Neville Street in Riverside.
Earlier this month (18 July) Mark was lucky enough to attend the opening of the new Inroads Wellbeing Institute in Riverside. The facility takes over the previously derelict backpackers hostel at 98 Neville Street, and is purpose built to deliver services helping to make changes to drug and alcohol use. The Wellbeing Institute includes a large number of facilities such as; a day centre, counselling rooms, an art room, group work spaces, a teaching kitchen and a crèche. The help offered by Inroads staff in this light, modern and friendly environment is sure to be a key addition to the community.
Inroads is a registered charity which provides a free and confidential service offering information, advice and support to drug and alcohol users, ex-users, their family and friends.
If you or someone you know needs help with any drug or alcohol related matters, they offer an open door to factual information and confidential friendly advice. In addition to the new facility on Neville Street, they can be contacted by telephone or via their website.
